Currently, Connecteam does not have the ability to prioritize Help Desk tickets. However, you can pin important help desk queries to allow your Help Desk representatives to easily follow up with the most important conversations.

This is How:

  1. Navigate to the Help Desk feature in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over the Help Desk quarry you’d like to pin.

  3. Click on the three dots and select Pin Chat.
