To pin a help desk chat follow these steps:
Navigate to the Chat feature in the left sidebar.
Hover over the Help Desk chat you’d like to pin.
Click on the three dots and select Pin Chat.

Open the Chat feature on your Connecteam mobile app.
Find the Help Desk chat you want to pin.
Tap and hold the chat, then select Pin Conversation from the options.
