Yes, you can pin a Help Desk chat! This ensures that employees will see the pinned Help Desk chat as the first chat box when they enter the Chat feature.

Pining a Help Desk For Employees to See in the Chat Feature

To pin a help desk chat follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Chat feature in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over the Help Desk chat you’d like to pin.

  3. Click on the three dots and select Pin Chat.

Pinning a Help Desk Chat on Mobile

  1. Open the Chat feature on your Connecteam mobile app.

  2. Find the Help Desk chat you want to pin.

  3. Tap and hold the chat, then select Pin Conversation from the options.

💡 Tip: You can pin more than one conversation
