Yes. You can pin columns in the Form feature on the manager dashboard that contain the most important data to you.
For example, you might want to pin the ticket's "Status" field to the beginning of the table because it's the most important information you need to see—rather than scrolling all the way to the right.
To do this:
Head to the Forms feature from your left sidebar
Click on the relevant form and then click on 'Show Entries.'
Choose which column you'd like to pin to the left for a more efficient and quick view.
Click on the three dots to the right of the top column and select 'Pin Column' from the dropdown.
After pinning your column, it will appear at the far left of your table for easy visibility. Here's what it looks like:
💡Tip: To unpin a column, simply click on the three dots of the pinned column and select 'Unpin Column'.
