This provides employees with the flexibility to correct or update information without needing to contact a manager.
How to enable users to edit their form submissions
Click Forms > The Form you wish to enable users to edit
Click Settings > General
Click Allow users to edit their submissions.
How users can edit form submissions
To edit one of the fields in the form submissions, users can click the relevant form, then, on the form submission screen, Edit submission.
Make the relevant changes, then click Save changes.
Users will also see the option Edit Submission under Profile > My Submissions. If changes aren’t saved, a reminder will be sent. Admins will be notified and see the updated entry. If editing is not allowed, users will still see a notice indicating the form is locked for editing.
