If you are not new to the Connecteam platform, then you probably know about Admin permissions. These permissions allow you to set exactly what actions an admin can take in regard to a specific feature.

To ensure that an admin on the platform has access to all forms and their entries, you will need to assign them as an admin on the Forms feature, and as admins of each individual form in the feature.

Firstly, to set the admin permissions on the Forms feature, simply access it from your left sidebar, click on the category admins bubbles on the top of the screen next to 'Permissions', and add the relevant admin to the list of permitted admins.

You can choose from the following permissions: View submissions, Edit submissions, Edit form and form settings, and Add new forms. For this specific case, the basic permission to view submissions is enough - so it is up to you to choose any deeper permissions for this admin on the feature.

Next, to set permissions for this admin on forms inside the feature - access one of the forms by clicking on it, then click on the asset admins bubbles on the top of the screen, and add them to the list. Repeat this process for all form you want the admin to see and see the entries of.

Pro Tip: If you are using Smart Groups, keep in mind that even if you set up the permissions exactly as described above your admins will only see entries to forms submitted by users who are in the Smart Groups they manage.

If you would like an admin to see form entries for every user in the account, you'll need to assign them as an admin on the All Users Group. To do this, head over to the Smart Groups page from the top of your left sidebar, locate the All Users Group under the 'General Groups' category - and click it. Now click on the group admins bubbles on the top right of the screen, and add the admin to the list.
