The Updates feature is a great way to engage and interact with your employees. Think of it as your company’s social wall, where you can share important information, announcements, and day-to-day updates. With AI tools built into Connecteam, you can now create Updates in seconds; saving time while keeping your team informed and involved.

How To Create The Update?

  1. Navigate to the Updates feature from your sidebar.

  2. Click on Add New.

  3. Select Start from Scratch.

  4. Click on Generate to create your update using AI.

  5. Type a short description of what you’d like the Update to say.

    • For example: “Write an update letting the team know that starting next week, expense reports will be due on Friday instead of Monday.”

  6. Review the AI-generated text and make any edits you would like.

    • You can Shorten, Expand, Emojify, and use other AI editing tools to make sure the message fits your company’s style and tone.

  7. Finalize the Update and set the publishing settings as needed.

  8. And just like that, your Update is ready and shared with your team in seconds!
