You've activated your Quick Tasks feature and you are now ready to start creating and assigning tasks. Tasks can be assigned to any employee, including yourself.
We understand that timing is crucial and an on-the-go tool is key to company success. That's why with our Quick Tasks feature, you can create tasks from the web dashboard and from your mobile phone.
Single task - for one or more users - can be created using the web dashboard and mobile phone
Multiple tasks - to one or more users - must be created using the web dashboard
Adding a single task from the dashboard:
Navigate to the Quick Tasks feature
Click the "+ Add Task" Icon on the top right of the screen and choose "Single Task".
Insert Task details. The more detailed your task will be the fewer misunderstandings you'll have with your users. Everything you write here will be accessible to the user you assign it to. All tasks must include a "Title" and an "Assignee". You can also assign multiple users to a task, for it to be completed as a team.
Click "Publish Task".
Congrats you created your first task!
Adding a single task for multiple users:
This option is used in cases where you want multiple users to complete the same task separately.
Navigate to the Quick Tasks feature
Click the "+ Add Task" Icon on the top right of the screen and choose "Single Task".
Insert Task details.
Assign multiple users to the task.
Click the "Create a separate task for each user" under the assignee field. In this case, you'll create a separate task for each one of your assignees to complete.
Click "Publish Task".
Adding multiple tasks:
Create multiple tasks and assign them to multiple employees, or a single employee, all from one page.
Navigate to the Quick Tasks feature.
Click the "+ Add Task" icon on the top right of the screen and choose "Multiple Task".
