Our powerful Job Scheduler makes it effortless to create shifts or dispatch jobs for your team and make sure they have all the information they need regarding their shift right in their mobile app. With the ability to manage your week and time settings, you'll tailor your Job Scheduler to your company's needs by adjusting the workdays and the working hours of your team!

In order to access your Job Scheduling week and time settings, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Job Scheduler under the left sidebar

  2. Click on Access Schedule

  3. Click on Options and then select Settings

  4. Under the settings, click on the “Week and Time” tab. Here, you’ll be able to adjust your week and time settings to suit your schedule and business needs.

  • Week starts: choose which day of the week you wish your workweek would start

  • Work hours: choose your default working hours you wish to have for your shifts. So every time you'll create a new shift, by default it will be adjusted to your work hours. You can always change it accordingly!

  • Timezone: Make sure your time zone corresponds to the country your employees are in.

Pro tip: Do you have employees across several timezones? Consider creating different Job Schedulers that would fit each timezone!

  • Date format: choose your preferred format between MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY

  • Time format: choose your preferred format between a 12hr / 24hr time display.

Pro tip: These settings are unique for each Job Scheduler you have in your platform. If you have several Job Schedulers? Be sure to apply the settings you prefer for each one of them!
