If one of your employees changes his/her device but keeps the same phone number, you can easily invite them to download the app again, using our text messages option or by copying the link and sending them a text message outside the platform.

Note that if your user changed their phone number as well as their device, you will need to update their phone number before continuing with the following steps!

All you need to do is send them this LINK, and your employee will be able to download the app and log in to your company's account.

To send them the link through our text messages option follow these steps:

Step 1: Copy this link

Step 2: Head to the text messages tab on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Click on +New Message at the top right corner of the screen

Step 4: Paste the link you copied in Step 1 add a customized message to your liking and click Next --> Select Employees.

Step 5: Choose the relevant employee/s and click send!
