Connecteam’s Chat feature allows users to easily communicate with coworkers and effortlessly share media and files. Now, sharing content from your phone is easier than ever! Users can share content - images, links, and text - directly to the Connecteam app from their mobile device and drop it in any chat!
You can easily share content with anyone, regardless if you already had a chat open with them before or not. In this article, we'll show you how to do both!
How to Share Content (With existing chats)
To share an image, text, or link from your phone, navigate to the content and press on the option to share. The Connecteam app will show up as a platform to share the file with.*
Upon selecting the Connecteam app, you will be redirected to the Chat page. Select the relevant chat(s) and press Share.
If you're sending an image, add a caption to the image, and press send!
*This step may look different depending on your mobile device.
Pro Tip: You can select multiple chats to send the attachment to everyone all at once.
How to Share Content (With a new chat)
To share an image, text, or link from your phone, navigate to the content and press on the option to share. The Connecteam app will show up as a platform to share the file with.*
Upon selecting the Connecteam app, you will be redirected to the Chat page to select the relevant chat(s) to send the attachment to.
Search for the name of the contact using the Search bar at the top of the screen, select the relevant contact(s), and press Share.
If you're sending an image, add a caption to the image, and press send!
