Both Users and Admins can delete chat messages.
Follow the next steps to learn how!
From Desktop
Go into the Chat feature
Open the relevant conversation
Hover over the message you want to remove, and a small icon will appear » Click on it » and then click on "delete for everyone".
All done - the message has been deleted!
From the Mobile App
Go into the Chat feature
Open the relevant conversation
Press for 2 seconds on the message you wish to delete, and a pop-up with new options will appear
Press on the option "delete for everyone"
All done - the message has been deleted!
