Chat reactions allow users to respond or "react" to a message without having to send a replay. To send a reaction on the desktop, hover over the message, click on the dropdown, and select your reaction. Using the mobile app, just hold down the message, and the reaction menu will pop up. Chat reactions are a great way for users to show support or excitement for one another within group chats, all without overwhelming the conversation with additional messages.
