Fully Setup Features For You

Their most popular service saves you significant setup time, getting you operational in days instead of weeks. Plus, it customizes your setup to fit your business perfectly and ensures it's error-free.

Onboarding & Training

The Pros will act as your Onboarding Manager, learning your business structure and goals to show you how Connecteam can best be utilized to achieve them. You'll learn what process is best for you, how to boost employee usage and engagement, and how to create an effective rollout plan.


Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
$50 (USD) an hour.

How long is a meeting?
Up to 1 hour.

What's the refund policy?
If you're unhappy with the service, you'll get 100% of your money back, within 30 days from the last meeting.

Is the service available in all countries?
Yes, but only to specific clients in the APAC region.

How does the process work?
Book your initial meeting via the Pros website, then meet your assigned Expert to discuss your needs.

  1. For setup meetings, depending on the required work, the Expert will continue on his own and meet you to present the outcome and make adjustments if needed.

  2. For onboarding meetings, you spend an hour discussing your business, proposed solutions, and setup examples, empowering you to continue independently.

What if I want more meetings?
Just inform your pro to schedule subsequent meetings. Costs remain unchanged.

How will I be charged?
No action is needed from you. The Expert charges through Connecteam, are reflected in your next invoice.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a meeting? Will I be charged?
No charges will apply if you cancel/reschedule more than 24 hours before your meeting, or if the Expert agrees to the change. Otherwise, you will be charged.
