Getting a Time Off report for a specific time off policy can be done in a few simple steps from within the time off features.

Let's go over how to do this below:

  1. Go into the Time Off feature

  2. Click on the dropdown menu from the top left corner and select the specific policy you wish to export.

  3. Then, adjust the date range so it fits your needs

Please note: the default setting for the view and export includes all current policies, with the selected date range set to the current year. Therefore, if you intend to export this overview, there's no need to follow steps 2 and 3 mentioned above.

Notice how there are two columns: one for the Approved time off hours and one for the Remaining Balance for the selected policy, for each user.

To export it, click on the 'Export' button and choose either option you find most convenient for you.

You can customize the report a bit further by including additional user fields, if you wish, and then click on export.

💡Tip: deselect the option 'include user name on every row' for a cleaner view on your export
