No, documents are not grouped together when viewed on the mobile app. On the mobile app documents only appear for users (not admins) and they appear as a list of all the documents. Currently, the pack names are only visible to admins and only on the dashboard.
For employees, documents will appear in the profile tab under personal documents. This is how it will look for employees when viewing the mobile app:
