View and manage all pending requests across features in one convenient place

Staying on top of your employees' requests can be challenging and time-consuming, especially if you manage many employees across multiple features. That's why we've made it easy for you to view all pending requests as soon as you log in to your admin dashboard or mobile app. You can quickly review and manage them with just a few clicks without the need to constantly switch between features. Let’s dive into the details!

What Type of Pending Requests Appear?

Currently, this widget, located on the Overview page of the admin dashboard and the Feed tab of the mobile app for admins, displays these pending requests: Join the app, Time Clock, Job Schedule, and Time Off. All requests are organized by feature and asset. If you have multiple clocks or schedules, the requests will be sorted by each and will not be mixed together.

Please note: the widget only appears for admins who have pending requests waiting for them.

How to Approve Pending Requests

Now, let's understand how to access this widget from both the admin dashboard and the mobile app so you can always use the one you find the most convenient.

From the Admin Dashboard

To approve pending requests from the admin dashboard:

  1. Login to your admin dashboard as usual

  2. Ensure you are on the Overview page from the left sidebar

  3. On the top right corner of the page, you can find the pending requests widget organized by feature and asset. There is an orange indicator displaying the number of pending requests in each.

  4. Click on them and start approving or declining requests.

From the Mobile App

To approve pending requests from the mobile app:

  1. Login to your mobile app as usual

  2. Ensure you are on the Feed tab

  3. Press on the Pending Requests widget that appears at the very top of your feed

  4. All pending requests will be displayed and organized by feature and asset. There is an orange indicator displaying the number of pending requests in each.

  5. Click on them and start approving or declining requests.

💡Tip: You can permanently remove the widget from the mobile app by clicking on the three dots next to one of the pending requests and then selecting "Don't show this widget again". If you ever change your mind and would like to see it again, simply delete and reinstall the app from your mobile device.
