As an admin, maintaining open communication with your employees and facilitating smooth interactions between them is crucial, which is why our Chat feature is so valuable. However, with a busy schedule, constant notifications can become overwhelming. That’s why it’s essential to have control over which chats you receive notifications for and which ones you don’t.
You can turn on and off the notifications of a specific chat through the mobile app only. To turn on/off the notifications of a chat:
Log into your account through the mobile app
Access the Chat feature located at the bottom of the screen
Click on the relevant team chat, channel, or individual chat you wish to manage the notifications for
Then select the information icon on the top right corner
Finally, toggle on or off the Notification
That's it!
You have to follow these steps for each existing individual chat, team chat, or channel.
