If I delete a Time Off policy, what happens to the entries previously made using that policy?

Great question! The outcome depends on the status of the time off requests made under the policy before it was deleted:

  • Approved or Declined Requests: These entries will remain in the user’s balance log. If it's status was "approved", the time off will still be reflected in the user’s job schedule and timesheet.

  • Pending Requests: Any requests that were still pending approval will be deleted.
