When you create a Group and assign it to a Smart Group, the only group admin will be the creator of the group.
If you'd like to choose the admins of a Group, assign the group to selected users rather than to a Smart Group when creating it — this lets you pick the admins directly.
If the Group must be assigned to a Smart Group, the best approach is to add the relevant admins as administrators of that Smart Group and have them create the group.
To add an admin as an administrator of a Smart Group, go to the Smart Group tab, find the relevant Smart Group, click Administrated by, then Group admins, and add the relevant admins.
