When you set Admin Permissions through General Settings, you can provide your admins with the exceptional ability to create their own Smart Groups. This is a useful way to empower admins to organize users independently based on their specific needs. Please note, that enabling admins to create Smart Group may grant them access to all users on the platform.

In the Smart Groups tab, you can assign admins to a specific Smart Group, giving them access to manage the users in that group based on the permissions you set. To assign an admin, enter the relevant group, click the admin permissions option in the top-right corner, and then select their name from the drop-down menu.

💡Tip: Use the Admin tab in the Manage Groups column to easily set up admin permissions and assign an admin to manage multiple Smart Groups.
