Our Text Messages feature allows you to reach employees without relying on an internet connection or the Connecteam app, especially when they are off-shift and need to be contacted urgently. To ensure your company is always prepared to send text messages when needed, it's essential to maintain a stable text message balance. This is where the Auto Reload feature comes in handy!

What Is Auto Reload?

The Auto Reload feature allows you to automate text message purchases whenever the company's text message balance falls below a specified amount. This ensures you always have enough text messages to communicate with your employees when needed. With this powerful tool, you can maintain consistent messaging without having to manage your balance manually.

How to Set Up the Auto Reloads

To set up the auto-reload, head over to the Text Messages feature from the left sidebar. Next, click on the Auto reload button on the top right of the page, toggle it on, and set the reload amount. When you're done, select Confirm!

Note that only admins with permission to purchase text messages will be able to enable the auto-reload option.

I'm Trying to Enable Auto Reload, Why Am I Being Asked to Contact Support?

Due to security measures, companies new to the Text Message feature and wishing to start using it by purchasing a budget will be instructed to contact our live support team beforehand. This can be done through the chat at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
