As a company, it's important to always be ready to reward them when the appropriate time comes, so you must always have a stable token balance in your account available to be used. This is when the Auto Reload can come in handy.

What Is the Auto Reload?
The Auto Reload capability allows you to automate token purchases whenever the company's token balance falls below a specified amount. This ensures you always have enough tokens to reward your employees for their achievements. With this powerful tool, you can seamlessly implement a rewards culture without manual intervention, ensuring a consistent and effortless recognition system.
How to Set Up the Auto Reloads
To set up the auto-reload, navigate to the Rewards feature from the left sidebar. Click on the Options button from the top right corner and go to the Settings, then click on the Auto Reloads Tab
From here, there are two types of settings you can activate:
Auto reload - once you toggle on this option, you can add your credit card information for the automatic purchases and set up the amounts. Here you need to at what token balance you want to reload at. This can be done by entering a number where it says 'When my tokens balance falls below.' You also need to set the number of tokens that should be automatically reloaded. This can be done by entering a number where it says 'Auto reload my tokens balance with'
In the example illustrated above, we set the auto-reload to occur when I reach 100 tokens and the amount to be loaded to 10000 tokens.
Low Balance Notifications - This setting will notify you when your balance is low even if you don’t want to set up the auto reloads. If you enable this setting and out the low token amount required to be notified, each admin who has purchasing permission will be notified that the token balance is low.
💡Tip: the auto reloads give you the flexibility to input a different credit card than the one saved on file for renewing your account.
