If you are an admin and are unable to see the smart groups tab on the left sidebar, it is likely due to the manager permissions the owner of the account has set up. Owners decide which assets and capabilities admins are able to see and access on their dashboard. We recommend reaching out to your account owner further discuss which permissions are appropriate for you.
