In Connecteam, you can control whether employees can see only their own schedule or have access to view the shifts of all users within the job schedule they are part of.

To change this setting, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter the Job Scheduler on the sidebar and select the relevant schedule.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. In the mobile app tab, select the option 'Users can view all schedules'.

  4. Once you finish customizing your settings, don't forget to click on 'Save Changes'!

This will enable users to view the shifts of all other employees assigned to the same schedule.

💡 Tip: Use the 'except' option to select any users who should not be able to view other users' schedules.

Please note, if you have created a group shift, all users assigned to the group shift will be able to view each other within the shift even if you've prevented employees from viewing the teammates shifts.

*The ability to decide if users can see each other's schedules is available from the Operations Hub Basic Plan and above*
