The ability to archive a form is a great way to tidy up your workspace by storing away forms you no longer need. This ensures they're out of sight but their history is preserved in case you need it again in the future or if you decide to restore it. Below we will go over the two ways to archive a form and how to restore forms you may have archived.

How to Archive Forms

Option 1: From the Forms Lobby

  1. Access the Forms lobby

  2. Find the specific form you wish to archive and hover over to the far right until you find the Archive icon » click on it

  3. A pop-up warning will appear » Click on 'Archive' again and you are done!

Option 2: From the Form Itself

  1. Access the Forms lobby

  2. Find the specific form you wish to archive and click on it

  3. Click on the 'Options' button on the far right corner

  4. Select 'Archive' and then select it again once the pop-up appears

How to Restore a Form that Was Previously Archived

Option 1: From the Lobby

  1. Access the Forms Lobby

  2. Go into the 'Archived' tab

  3. Find the form you wish to restore » hover over to the far right and select the 'Restore' icon

  4. A pop-up warning will appear » Click on 'Archive' again and you are done!

Option 2: From the Form Itself

  1. Find the form you wish to restore and click on it

  2. Click on the 'Options' button on the far right corner

  3. Select 'Restore' and then select it again once the pop-up appears
