The Help Desk is an effective internal ticketing system that allows employees to send queries to the right people. Admins can create multiple help desks to address various common topics, and as needs evolve, the relevant topics may also change. For this reason, it's important to know how to archive or delete help desks to maintain clarity, ensuring employees can easily identify the correct help desk for their specific needs.
