The quickest and easiest way to check and make sure an admin only has access to one specific feature is by taking a look at the Admin tab from the Users section.
Go into the Users section from the left sidebar
Click on the Admins tab
Find the relevant admin and, under the Permissions column check what features they have permissions for
You can edit their permissions simply by unselecting the feature
Let's look at an example together, where I want to give admin Ryan access to the Time Clock feature only and nothing else. When following the instructions above, and unselecting all other features, I noticed that the Forms feature was greyed out.
When this happens, you can hover over the greyed-out feature to see that "you can't remove this permission as the feature is assigned to all admins". To resolve this, access the feature in question, Forms in this case. Then, click on the permission in the top right and unselect the option Automatically add all admins to this category. Once you do this, you will be able to access the Admin tab again and remove Ryan's permissions for Forms, leaving him with permissions only for the Time Clock.
If you have multiple assets under a feature, such as multiple forms for example, you will also need to access each specific form and unselect the option Automatically add all admins to this asset.
