Admins can create multiple job schedules to address the scheduling needs of different teams, departments, or branches, for instance. For this reason, it's important to know how to archive or delete a job schedule to maintain the organization.
Archiving a Job Schedule
To archive a Job Schedule, follow these steps:
Log in to your admin dashboard
Access the Job Schedule feature from the left sidebar
In the lobby, you can see all the existing schedules. Hover over the relevant one, click on the three dots on its bottom left.
Select Archive and confirm the action.
All done - the job schedule has been archived!
Archiving a job schedule is an excellent option if you anticipate needing it again in the future or if there is any history you'd like to have access to.
To Restore An Archived Job Schedule:
Log in to your admin dashboard
Access the Job Schedule feature from the left sidebar
Navigate to the Archived tab
Hover over the relevant one, click on the three dots on its bottom left.
Select Restore and confirm the action.
All done - the job schedule has been restored, and you can now view it in the Active tab!
Duplicating a Job Schedule
Duplicating a job schedule is useful when you want to reuse the schedule’s configuration (like settings, templates, and shift layers) while creating a new schedule for a different team, department, or branch.
To duplicate a job schedule, follow these steps:
Log in to your admin dashboard.
From the left sidebar, open Job Schedule.
In the lobby, hover over the schedule you want to duplicate.
Click the three dots at the bottom-left of the schedule.
Select Duplicate.
Enter a name for the new schedule.
Choose the assignees for the new schedule.
Review the summary screen, then click Create duplicate.
All done — a new job schedule has been created based on the original!

Frequently Asked Questions
Which admin permissions do I need to duplicate a job schedule?
You need Add and delete schedules and Edit settings permissions.
Who has access to the duplicated schedule after it’s created?
The admin who creates the duplicate will have permissions in the new schedule. Assigned admins from the original schedule are not copied.
Does duplicating a Job Schedule count toward my plan’s schedule limit?
