No, it's not currently possible for users to complete a form together. Each form submission is individual, meaning employees cannot collaborate on forms like checklists. However, we do offer a workaround for this.

As a workaround, you can create Group Tasks, which let you assign the same task to multiple team members. This functions as a 'team checklist,' allowing everyone to see who else is assigned to the task. Any team member can mark it as complete.
