When choosing between archiving or deleting an employee, the key difference is that archived employees' records and actions performed by the user in the app, such as form entries, will be maintained in the system. Whereas when deleting an employee, this information is also deleted.
This logic also applies to shifts- when an employee is archived, the user and their past shifts will appear in a translucent view at the bottom of the job scheduler.
Their future shifts will be moved to the top of the job scheduler as an "unassigned shift" indicating that the shift must be assigned to another, active employee.
