Allowing employees to post on the company feed or within specific topic threads can significantly enhance engagement and accountability. It essentially allows users to post updates on the feed! This enables employees to share experiences, insights, and updates directly with their colleagues, fostering collaboration and connection. For example, they might share updates about road closures, photos from company events, client interaction highlights, helpful tips, and more. This open communication not only builds a stronger sense of belonging but also empowers employees to share knowledge freely without needing their manager's help, ultimately promoting a more dynamic and connected workplace culture.
