Whether you have a quick question, need help troubleshooting, or just want to better understand a feature, our support team is ready to assist, and best of all, they are available 24/7. Reaching out is easy, and we make sure you’re never left hanging. There are three ways that you can get in touch with us:

Chat with us through the admin dashboard

The absolute quickest way to reach out to our support team is by using the chat bubble at the bottom right of your dashboard.

Chat with us through the mobile app

If you're on the go, the chat is also accessible for you through the mobile app. You can access it by clicking on profile > support center > contact support

If your employees reach out through the mobile app, they’ll be guided to contact us via email so we can provide them with the best possible support.

Send us an email

You can also reach out to the support team over email at [email protected]. Please keep in mind that response times via email tend to be longer than our chat response times.
