With our Shortcut capability, you can send internal links through the update feature, sending the users directly to the relevant content with a button click. Adding shortcuts provides efficiency and convenience for your Connecteam employees and ensures that users can quickly access any information connected to the update without spending time searching for it! This enhances team communication and productivity, ultimately improving efficiency and overall workflow.

In this article, we will go over how managers can add shortcuts to updates both from the admin dashboard and the mobile app and how shortcuts look for your employees!
