Connecteam’s Rewards feature serves as a tool for managers that want to incentivize and motivate their workers. The rewards feature is an amazing way to show recognition and appreciation to your team in the form of tokens, which can be used to purchase gift cards.

By using the Auto Reward and Auto Reload Settings you can always remember to reward employees at the correct time, and never run out of tokens.

This article will go over:

How to Find the Auto Rewards & Auto Reload Settings

To find the Auto Rewards and Auto Reload Settings, enter the rewards feature on the left side bar, go to the options tab, and select settings.

Once inside you will see Auto Reward and Auto Reload settings tabs.

What are Auto Rewards and How to Set Them Up

Auto rewards allow you to create an automation which sends tokens to users of the app depending on the criteria you set. Auto rewards a meant to help you

increase engagement and implementation of the app. All on autopilot.

Now that you understand how great using Auto Rewards can be, let's go over how to set them up!

Setting up the Auto Rewards

To set up auto rewards Navigate to the Options tab, to Settings as done above. Then enter the Auto Rewards tab on the left sidebar. Then you are presented with two automation options under the implementation section. These are:

  • Users who open the app of x days in a row will receive: x tokens

  • Users who open the app x times will receive: x tokens

To set up an automation simply make sure it is checked, set the number of days or times and the amount of tokens the user will receive when they meet this criteria. In the example below you can see that I rewarded users with 100 tokens if they opened the app 7 days in a row.

Pro tip: If you are running low on tokens, you can always add more from inside the auto rewards setting. Simply select the + button which appears next to you token

Customizing Your Auto Rewards

If you want to make sure your auto rewards feel personal then connecteam lets you do just that. Inside your Auto Reward settings next to the automation you set up select the message icon. Once inside you have the option to decide who the tokens will be sent from. You can attach a message or even an image.
