Schedule Notifications for Admins

Get notified by web and mobile push

Receiving scheduler notifications helps you to stay on top of your company's schedule!
Scheduler notifications can be activated from your Job Schedule Settings. The Job Schedule notifications are personal for each manager or dashboard administrator, meaning each manager can customize and decide which notifications they will receive.

How To Set Your Schedule Notification Settings:

  1. Click the scheduler feature on your sidebar.

  2. Click the schedule.

  3. Click Settings> Notifications

  4. Choose which notifications you'd like to receive and click save changes.

What Notifications Can I Set:

If you would like to be notified when a user has accepted a shift, checked in to a shift, and much more. From the settings page, you can select to receive mobile notifications, web push notifications, and some email notifications.

Tip: By default, every manager will receive all notifications. Each manager can decide which notifications he/she wants to receive from the scheduler settings.

What is a Web Push?

A web push is a notification delivered through your web browser. Web push is supported by Chrome or Firefox browsers. Web notifications appear on the top right corner of your screen. This notification is not stored in your computer and once closed, can't be retrieved.

What is a Mobile Push?

A mobile push is a notification delivered through your smartphone. A mobile push appears on your smartphone's screen. This notification is not stored in your smartphone and once closed, can't be retrieved.
