Once your schedule is ready, you can make it easily available to anyone, by printing it. You can print a physical copy and display it in the office or save it as a PDF and send it via email to clients, sites, contractors, and more.

How to Print the Schedule

  1. Access the Job Schedule lobby on the desktop from the left sidebar

  2. Click on Access schedule

  3. Then click on Actions and choose Print Week

  4. A customization window will pop up, allowing you to choose the information you want to include in the final document. Let's take a closer look at the specific details you can select:

    1. Details originated from the job scheduler

      1. Published shifts

      2. Draft shifts

      3. Unavailabilities

      4. Prefer to work

      5. Time Off

      6. Empty rows

      7. Unassigned shifts

      8. Remove users column (agenda view)

    2. Additional user details (any of the existing user details you have such as Employment Start Date, Birthday, Department, etc)

  5. Once you have made your selection and customized it to your liking, click on Download

💡Pro tip: We highly suggest you try the Agenda View by selecting the option 'Remove users column (agenda view)'. It will remove the leading column on the left (whether it is by users, jobs, or layers) and everyone's schedules will be merged for a cleaner general overview of the week. This is what it will look like:
