You can easily print your weekly schedule or save it as a PDF file.
How to print the schedule?
To print a schedule - access your schedule on the desktop application.
Click on “actions” and choose “Print week”:
You can print your weekly schedule using the user's view or the jobs view:
To print the schedule in the user's view make sure you change the user's view and then select the print week.

To print the schedule in the jobs view make sure you change the jobs view and then select the print week.
Please note: when printing the week using the "view by job" option, shifts that do not have a job description added to them will not be shown in the printed schedule.

That's it! The file will be downloaded to your computer’s downloads folder.
Please note: Only published shifts will appear in the printed schedule.
Shifts that are saved as drafts will not appear.
In addition, the print option is only available when using the weekly view (When using the daily/monthly view, you have the option to export the schedule)
