Tags are useful to identify part of your workforce with unique information that does not apply to all other users. A tag could be a specific group of people working on a temporary project. After creating the tags, you can assign content based on these tags and create smart groups based on these tags.

How to Add Tags to a Few Users at a Time?

Have you added new mobile users to your Launchpad and you wish to tag them all together? Let's go over the process!

  1. Access your Users tab from the left sidebar

  2. Select the users you wish to tag by ticking the box next to their name

  3. Select Actions > Tag users.

  4. You can search through existent tags or create a new one for the selected users.
