Are you in a rush? Do you want to speed things up? We got you covered. With Connecteam's bulk action button, you can perform actions for multiple employees, all in one step instead of manually performing them for each employee individually.

In this article we will go over:

How to access the bulk action button

To access the bulk action button, click on the Users tab, and select the relevant users. Once you select them, the Actions button will pop up.

Available Bulk Actions Under the Actions Button

Tag Users

Select the relevant users and then in the actions tab select Tag Users to identify your workforce. In this tab, you can select from existing tags, create new tags or manage tags. Tags are easy to create and can help you create a group within another group.

Archive And Deleting Users

Select Archive Users or Delete Users to easily remove them from the system. While deleting a user deletes all records and actions this user performed in the app, archiving saves these records for admins to re-enter for review at any time they wish.

Send Text Message

Send a Text Message to selected Users

Update User details

Quickly update your User's details, by selecting the relevant users and selecting update users in the actions tab. Here you can select which field to update as well as the value of the new field.

Send Chat Message or Create Team Chat from Selected

Select to send a separate chat message to each one of the users that have been selected or Create a team chats with the selected users. Team chats allow you to create groups and share relevant information with each other. Team members can send messages and a variety of attachments to communicate with ease. All team members that are a part of the team chat will have the ability to see and respond to the messages.

Create Tasks for Selected Users
