Surveys are an excellent, great way to gather your employees' opinions and honest thoughts on various matters. You can measure employee satisfaction, match employees' benefits with needs, or find out how your employees feel about their team. Let's take a look at how to create one!
To create a survey:
Access the Survey feature from the left sidebar
Click on + Add new
Choose between starting one from scratch or using a template
Enter a name and a description (optional)
Then, check the box if you want it to be anonymous and hit Confirm
Customize it by adding the fields you need - descriptions, dropdown, open-ended, and ratings
When you are ready, click on Save as a template if you'd like to use it again in the future and then Save changes
Decide its assignments - either smart groups or selected users
Confirm and publish it!
All done
