If you log in to your admin dashboard (desktop) and then access the Chat settings, you can set up an option for users not to be able to start a chat with a certain person. To set this up, just follow these simple steps:
Log in to your admin dashboard, enter the Chat feature and go to the Chat Settings. In the Chat Permissions tab, select the option 'Users can never start a chat conversation with Select Users', and make sure the company’s owner is set as one of these select users.
