Yes, you can! Connecteam provides you with flexible options to access completed form entries, both for employee convenience and admin record-keeping.

How to download a form entry

The first way to download a form entry is by accessing the Forms lobby, and then clicking on the relevant form asset. Once you enter the form, open the entries by clicking on the blue button at the top left that says "Show entries". From there you can either scroll to the relevant entry or search for it. Once you find it, hover over it and click on the arrow that will let you export the entry or download it.

The second way to download a form entry is very similar, the difference is that instead of hovering over the relevant form entry, you need to open it by clicking on the 'preview' icon, and once you open the entry you will see at the top right the option to download it.

How to print a form entry

You can print a form entry similar as you downloaded it. You need to first access the Forms feature from your sidebar, and click on the relevant form. Once you enter the form, open the entries by clicking on the blue button at the top left that says "Show entries". From there you can either scroll to the relevant entry or search for it. Once you find it, hover over it and click on the arrow that will show you the option to print the entry.

💡 Tip: The benefit of printing the entry is the fact that it's not being saved to your computer (it won't take any storage space), and it will be opened as a new URL.
