How Can I Re-Share a Form That I Already Published?

Learn three ways to re-share an already published form

If you are looking for a way to re-share a Form that was already published, you have three options:

Republish the Form

If you are interested in sharing the form with additional users or smart groups, a great option is to edit the form assignment and re-publish it. In order to edit the form assignment, enter the relevant form, click on "Options", and then click "Edit assignments":

Select any new users or Smart Groups you wish to add to the form assignment, and re-publish the form. At this stage, you will also be able to choose whether you would like to notify all users added to the form assignment, to show the form on their feed, to set up a reminder if users didn't view the form, or to schedule a removal from the app!

Please Note: Republishing the form to different Smart Groups or Users will not remove any of the previous entries!

Duplicate The Form

Another great option is to duplicate the form, which would allow you to make any changes to the form and share the new (duplicated) form with additional users or Smart Groups. In order to duplicate the form simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Hover over the relevant Form and click "duplicate". The form will be duplicated as a draft and labeled as "Copy".

Step 2: Enter the duplicated form, click on "Options", and then click "Edit assignments". Make any changes if needed and publish the form to the relevant users or smart group.

Notify Users

The last option allows you to re-notify users who have not filled out the Form yet, which is useful if you want to remind users to fill out the Form without having to re-publish it.

Step 1: Start by entering the relevant Form and scrolling down to the bottom of the page, until you see a list of the assigned users and their submission status.

Step 2: Select the users you want to notify by hovering over their name and checking the box. Once the users are selected, click on the blue ‘Actions’ tab, and select ‘Notify’ from the dropdown menu.

You will have the option to customize the message that will be sent to your employees. Don’t forget to Confirm & send!
