How to View the Job Scheduler's Activity

Stay on top of the actions made by users and admins through your scheduler's activity

You can easily view the activity and history of changes on each job scheduler by following a few simple steps!

  1. Go into the Job Scheduler Lobby by clicking on the feature from the left sidebar

  2. Click on 'Access Schedule'

  3. Click on the Menu (seen as a small button with 3 dots) on the top right corner » Select the 'Activity'

In this activity, you can find the following information/history:

  • A shift was created

  • A shift was published

  • Published shifts in bulk

  • A shift was edited

  • A shift status was changed

  • A shift was deleted

  • Shifts were deleted in bulk

  • An unavailability was created

  • An unavailability was deleted

  • Prefer to work was added

The activity in the Activity Log can be exported, including actions such as publishing, un-publishing, deleting, reassigning, assignee status changes (e.g. rejected or accepted) or making changes to time, location, or job. In order to export the shift activity:

  1. Enter the relevant Job Schedule.

  2. Click on the three dots found in the top right corner, next to the Settings.

  3. Select Activity, and click on the Export button on the top right.

  4. Choose the relevant time frame you would like to export the activity for, and click Export.

The export will appear like this:

*The scheduler's activity can be viewed from the Operations Hub Basic Plan and above, the ability to export the activity is from the Operations Expert Plan*
