No, you cannot directly use a Form as a shift attachment within the Time Clock feature at the moment. If this feature is important to you, we encourage you to add your vote to the feature request to help prioritize its development!
Although this feature isn’t available yet, you can ensure employees review and complete a form during clock-out by adding a Shift Attachment. This attachment can prompt employees to confirm they have completed the form as part of their clock-out process.
To set this up follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Time Clock Settings.
Scroll down to Shift Attachments.
Add an attachment (e.g., "Have you completed the form?")

Steps to Ensure Compliance
If you suspect that employees are not submitting their form entries and want to ensure compliance, here’s how you can check:
Export the Timesheet report with the Shift Attachments included to get a full list of submissions.
Check a Specific Employee's Timesheet - if you suspect a specific employee, go to their Timesheet and review their form entries directly.
By following these steps, you can easily verify whether form submissions are being completed as required.
Please note: If you are using auto clock-out, shift attachments will not be activated during clock-out, and employees will not receive the notification message.
