Here are 6 steps you can do when having a Company event using Connecteam.

鉁嶏笍 Step 1: Assign tasks to your employees to get everything done for your event- using the Quick Task feature.

After you thought about all your company鈥檚 event details (Goals & objectives, budget, date & Venue, event program, and more), Now it鈥檚 time to make all the arrangements you need for the upcoming event.

With the Quick Task feature, you will be able to create individual tasks, group tasks, or subtasks, regarding the event you are planning and have full transparency into seeing everyone鈥檚 execution. In just a few clicks, using the Events feature, you will be able to create your event information, notify employees about the date, time & location, manage, track attendance and communicate about internal events.

Your event is coming up? That鈥檚 exciting! Now it鈥檚 time to send an update about it to your users, to remind them about the event, get them pumped out about it, and get them engaged with one another. Think of the Update Feature as your social wall, where you can add the upcoming event details, attach the event schedule, and more.
