Absolutely! To reject an approved time off:
Access to the Time Off feature from the left sidebar
In the Approved Time Off tab, select the policy type
Find the user whose time off you want to edit and click on the user's name. The user's requests will appear on the right side of your screen.
Find the relevant approved request and select the three dots next to the approval status,
Then click Reject.
All done!
💡Tip: If you want to keep the time off, but make changes to it there is no need to reject the request and add it again, you can just edit the time off reject. To learn how click here.
