Yes! You can customize your Time Clock settings in a way that your users will be able to clock in only from their desktops and not from their mobile apps by following a few easy steps!
Access the Time Clock feature from the left sidebar
Click on Access clock
Click on the Settings and navigate to the Clock in & out tab
You will find a section titled 'How users clock in' with two options. Make sure to only toggle ON the option Users can clock in without scheduled shifts and exclusively select the PC option.
Click on Save Changes
Once you set it up as explained in the steps above, the user won't have the option to clock in from their mobile app at all, and this is what it will look like:
The user will only be able to clock in from the desktop Time Clock, and this is how it will look like:
Please note: When using this setup method, users cannot clock in directly from a scheduled shift. If you want users to exclusively clock in from their computers, you will need to enable flexible clock-in at any time.
