Yes! You can customize your Time Clock settings in a way that your users will be able to clock in only from their desktops, and not from their mobile apps.

Simply access the Time Clock Settings, under the Customize tab toggle off the first 3 settings, and leave the setting "Users can clock in and out from their computer’s time clock" toggled on:

Once the settings are toggled off, the user won't have the option to clock in from his mobile app at all, and this is what it will look like:

The user will be able to clock in from the desktop Time Clock only, and this is how it will look like:
