While it’s not possible to attach a form to a Job, you have the option to attach a form to a shift in the Job Scheduler! Alternatively, you can attach a file to a Job. In this article, we will discuss both of these options.
Attaching a Form to a Shift
Attaching a form to a shift allows your employees to access the form directly from the shift's details!
In order to attach a form to a shift, start by creating the shift and scrolling down to the ‘Note’ section. From there, you will be able to attach a shortcut to the Forms feature. Take a look at this short demonstration:

💡 Tip: You can save this shift as a template, to save this shortcut and use it for future shifts!
Attaching a File to a Job
You can also attach a file to a job, which your employees will be able to view when they are assigned to this Job in the Job Scheduler! Start by entering the relevant Job and locating the ‘Description’ tab. From the ‘Description’ tab, you can attach a file which your employees will be able to see once you assign them this Job!
