While it’s not possible to attach a form to a Job, you have the option to attach a form to a shift in the Job Scheduler! Alternatively, you can attach a file to a Job. In this article, we will discuss both of these options.

Attaching a Form to a Shift

Attaching a form to a shift allows your employees to access the form directly from the shift's details!

In order to attach a form to a shift, start by creating the shift and scrolling down to the ‘Note’ section. From there, you will be able to attach a shortcut to the Forms feature. Take a look at this short demonstration:

💡 Tip: You can save this shift as a template, to save this shortcut and use it for future shifts!

Attaching a File to a Job

Start by entering the relevant Job and locating the ‘Description’ tab. From the ‘Description’ tab, you can attach a file which your employees will be able to see once you assign them this Job!
