Yes! You can use our shift attachment capability to do this. By creating a shift attachment and setting it as required employees must add their signature to clock out of their shift.

To implement this solution, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Time Clock feature from the left sidebar

  2. Select a specific clock

  3. Navigate to the Settings, then to the Shift Attachments tab

  4. Click on + Add Attachment

  5. Fill out the details of the attachment:

    1. Choose a name

    2. For the Attachment type, choose the signature.

  6. Remember to mark it as Required.

  7. Once all the details are filled out, click on Done, and Save Changes.

How Does This Work for My Employee?

Once they clock into their shift, they'll see the Shift Attachment you've prepared for them. If they try to finish their shift without signing it, they won't be able to clock out, and the field will be highlighted in red.

How to Review Employee's Signatures of Shifts

After the user clocked out, you can review their hours and ensure their signature was added by accessing the relevant time clock, navigating to the Timesheets tab, selecting the user, and scrolling to the far right, where you will find the Shift Attachments section.
