Yes, Admins can pin an Update to the top of the feed from the "Feed" tab on the Mobile App.
After creating your Update go to the "Feed" tab and scroll down to the relevant Update you'd like to pin --> Click the 3 dots next to the Update --> Click "Pin post to feed" --> approve the pin.
To unpin the Update follow the same process and click "Unpin this item"
